When we decided to list our home for sale, my husband and I were overwhelmed by the amount of real estate agencies and agents working within them in the Berkshires. As it it turned out our house sold in 3 weeks. Maureen's skills, from listing to the final negotiations were responsible for our sale that generated close to asking price. Maureen sold us our vacation home in the Berkshires ~4 years ago. We were looking in several different areas. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Great Barrington, MA.

The Barnbrook Realty Team was very competent and knowledgeable to deal with in the sale of my Mother's home in the Berkshires.   Operating from several thousand of miles away from the location of the property never proved to be a challenge with the responsiveness and local knowledge of the Barnbrook Realty Team.  Always pleasant and positive Maureen and her team managed this emotional experience with sensitivity and professionalism.  I would highly recommend her and her Agency.

10/10 highly recommend Michael. Started off house hunting with the wife straight off of Zillow. Went and saw a couple houses, each with a different agent. Michael showed us one of the properties, but we didn't like it much. He asked us exactly what we wanted, and sure enough, our second house hunting day that we spent with him, we found the perfect home. Knowledgeable, knows his way around, and helped us with everything we asked of him, every step of the way. Solid guy.

I have a lot of experience with real estate brokers/agents and Maureen is as good as they come. We were buyers, and she was excellent in every facet.
