Why Work With Us?

Tim was phenomenal! We were looking for our perfect place to retire in 2 years.  Rustic but comfortable.  Remote but close to happenings.   Affordable but not a mess.  Tim seemed to enjoy the challenge and made it his mission to find that perfect place for us.  His knowledge of construction was invaluable in determining the challenges various homes presented.  And when he found that perfect place, Tim was able to successfully present our offer.  Not only was Tim patient, knowledgeable and persistent, but he was also a pleasure to work with.  He made it clear that he truly cares about his clients and he went out of his way to help us.  The entire Barnbrook team made the closing smooth and painless.  Your contacts through the process were all professional and thorough.  And what was only our dream home is now a reality!  Thank you, Tim, for being such a great realtor and caring human being with a fantastic team backing you up!
